Schneider Electric completed a performance contract in 2019. During project development, there were additional scope items identified for potential future phases outside of Phase 1. These savings opportunities remain available for consideration. The updated preliminary audit will help determine and evaluate the current condition of these scope items and identify opportunities to provide additional utility savings for the County.
