Issue: Upon review of personnel files, it was determined that the above-mentioned employees were due incentive pay for prior pay periods. Since the underpayments exceed twenty-six pay periods, it requires Court approval.
Solution: Approve payment of the retroactive certificate pay.
Result: The employees will receive the certificate pay due for prior pay periods.
