Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. (TXMAS Contract No. 23-92001) for Plat Imaging, Flat File Preservation, Archival Imaging, and Bound Plat Preservation of County Clerk records in an amount not to exceed EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS EIGHTY-FOUR CENTS ($82,669.84) pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Sub-Chapter F. (Cooperative Purchasing Program) Sections 271.101 and 271.102 (Cooperative Purchasing Participation) and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Webb County Clerk is requesting professional services from Kofile Technologies, Inc. for the preservation of Plat Imaging, Flat File Preservation, Archival imaging, and Bound Plat Preservation of County Clerk records.

Solution: Consideration to authorize the agreement between Webb County and Kofile Technologies utilizing the cooperative contract pricing proposal which has met the competitive bidding requirements of the State of Texas.  

Result: If approved, Webb County Clerk will be better able to preserve its county records.
