Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $12,915.00 to JMJ Constructors for the completion of ITB 2025-010 Webb County Water Basin Sludge Removal and Cleaning Service Project; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: This project has been completed. The contractor removed approximately Seven Hundred Thousand gallons of sludge, sand, grit and vegetation with cleaning services for four basins at the Webb County Water Plant.
Solution: Approval of closeout and release of retainage.
Result: The completion of this project represents a great advancement for the Water Treatment Plant as well as compliance with TCEQ.
