Discussion and possible action to approve the informal bid for the installation of road and bridge equipment at the Webb County public works department facility to the lowest responsible bidder, H. Equipment Services, LLC., for an amount not to exceed $85,752.26 and to further authorize general council to prepare an installation agreement between Webb County and equipment services and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Previously purchased equipment for the Webb County public works facility is pending installation. Three informal bid requests from local vendors were requested.  
 
Solution: Consideration to award to the lowest responsible bidder, H. Equipment Services LLC. Bid Pricing includes installation of all required equipment, removal of existing equipment, disposal, electrical work, start up and testing & cleanup. Payment bond included and required insurance.  
 
Result: If approved, general counsel will proceed with the installation agreement between the awarded vendor and Webb County.
