Presentation by outside legal counsel and County Administration regarding the proposed purchase of properties located at 1110 Matamoros Street, Laredo, Webb County, Texas and 720 Convent Street, Laredo, Webb County Texas; with discussion and possible action authorizing County Administration to address due diligence findings, including any required remediation or rehabilitation, and authorize the County Judge to execute all documents necessary to close the current transaction consistent with the Purchase and Sales Agreement; and any other matters incident thereto.
