Discussion and possible action to grant the U.S. Government a temporary right-of-entry for survey and site assessment, for an eighteen-month period, to a 0.31 acre tract (being Tract No: LRT-LRS-1065, LRT-LRS-1065E) located west of the City of Rio Bravo, Texas along the County’s drainage channel for the purpose of conducting environmental assessments and property surveys, including the right to temporarily store, move and remove necessary equipment and supplies; survey, stake out, appraise, bore and take soil and/or water samples, and perform any other such work which may be necessary and incidental to the Government’s assessment of the tract and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
