Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement with CID Group Inc. for the relocation and installation of a 350 kW generator, along with an automatic transfer switches including all labor, materials and incidentals at the Webb County Fairground/1848 in an amount not to exceed THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND FORTY-NINE DOLLARS ($39,049.00) and a timeline to complete the installation work of fifty (50) calendar days from the issuance of the “Notice to Proceed” by the Engineering Department and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
