Report from Legacy Water Supply Corporation regarding the actions taken by Wintergarden Groundwater Conservation District and the Groundwater Management Area 13 on April 22, 2026 related to adopting the Desired Future Conditions and the Groundwater Availability Model of withdrawals from the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer in Webb County; with discussion and action to take legal remedies for action by Webb County directly or through the Area Groundwater Utility Agency (AGUA) to pursue administrative and legal remedies; and any other matters incident thereto.
