Issue: Management Advisory Group International, Inc. (“MAG”) was retained by Webb County to conduct a comprehensive Wage and Classification Study to evaluate the County’s compensation and classification structure, assess market competitiveness, and provide recommendations to support equitable, competitive, and consistent pay practices across the organization.
Solution: MAG has completed the study and submitted its final report and implementation options, including recommendations related to compensation, classification, and salary structure adjustments. The final report is being presented for review, discussion, and consideration by the Commissioners Court.
Result: Webb County will establish a more equitable, competitive, and consistent compensation structure to support employee recruitment, retention, and organizational efficiency.
