Discussion with possible action to approve Contract Amendment No. 1 with PDG, LLC. d.b.a. Heckenkemper Golf Course Design ("Design Consultant") to add the full suite of design and construction administration services required to implement the design of the full Casa Blanca Golf Course Master Plan to include, but not limited to, fully redesigned 18-hole golf course, redesigned practice facility, new irrigation system, new 2-story clubhouse with underground golf cart storage, new & expanded parking lot layout, relocated entry road, expanded maintenance facilities and all associated utilities; and any other matters incident thereto.
 
Issue: The original contract must be amended to incorporate the Design Consultant’s work and associated fees.
 
Solution: Amending the original contract to incorporate the design and administrative services will allow Heckenkemper to complete design and administrative services.
 
Result: Continuation of the complete redesign of the Casa Blanca Golf Course will allow the architects to complete their services.
