Discussion and possible action to adopt a Resolution of the Webb County (County) Commissioners Court approving an application for membership in, and water service from, the Legacy Water Supply Corporation (LWSC) and Area Ground Water Utility Agency (AGUA) Corporation and for Webb County to contemporaneously appoint a representative in all matters related to the operation and membership in LWSC as part of the Webb County Regional Wholesale Water Supply Project (Project). Said Project is in the best interest of the health and safety of the community by providing an additional source of clean water to its constituents and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign any and all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.
