Discussion with possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the fabrication and installation of the perimeter fencing along the southern portion of the Casa Blanca Golf Course, and any other matters incident thereto.  [Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve)]
 
Issue: Once the materials are purchased for the southern fence line along Casa Blanca Golf Course, a vendor will be needed to fabricate and install the fencing.
 
Solution: A vendor can provide services for the fabrication and installation of the fence.
 
Result: Casa Blanca Golf Course will have an iron fence line around the perimeter of the entire golf course.
