Discussion and possible action to approve a professional services agreement from (September 30, 2024 - September 29, 2025) between Webb County for the benefit of the Veterans Treatment Program and La Familia Consulting and Counseling Services L.C. for services associated with the evaluation of the Webb Veterans Treatment Program funded by SAMHSA Grant No. 1H79TI087234-01in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per month for a total cost not to exceed Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000.00) for the year; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Program Evaluation Services for the Veterans Treatment Court requires authorization by Commissioners Court.
Solution: Approval of the Contractual Services will allow the submission of evaluation reports required by SAMHSA Funding Agency.
Result: The Veterans Treatment Program will be able to continue to provide services and operate fully as a treatment program evaluated by the Program Evaluator.
