Discussion and possible action to release the Irrevocable Letter of Credit ($37,679.85) in favor of Webb County from TDB World Industrial Park, LLC for completed public improvements associated with World Logistics Park, Phase 1 Plat and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
 
Issue: An Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of $37,679.85 was submitted in lieu of completion of proposed public improvements for the World Logistics Park, Phase 1 Plat. All public improvements have been completed in compliance with County subdivision requirements.  Developer has requested a release of the Letter of Credit.
 
Solution: Releasing the Letter of Credit will remove the financial burden from the developer for all completed improvements.
 
Result: Releasing the Letter of Credit will close the project.
