Issue: The Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Qualifications for mental health services for the Webb County Jail for a contractual period of three (3) years.
 
Solution: Consideration to authorize the award to the sole respondent as recommended by the evaluation committee and the Purchasing Agent.
 
Result: If approved, General Counsel will negotiate the terms, conditions and related fees for a professional service agreement between Webb County and the awarded respondent.
