Discussion with possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to add Three (3) new cell phone lines, including data service in accordance with the current approved AT&T FirstNet Plan to the 1848 Event Center pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 272.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program DIR Agreement TELE-CTSA-002 at a monthly rate of $40.99, plus surcharges and other fees; and subject to annual budgetary appropriation; and authorize the County Judge sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2031-1010-001-441001 (Telephone)]

Issue: Cellular is needed for the 1848 Event Center Maintenance Staff to ensure daily communication with staff, event center lessees, and others as needed after hours and on weekends.

Solution: Approval will ensure the 1848 Event Center staff is in full communication. 

Result: 1848 Event Center staff will be able to respond to any calls during working hours and after hours.
