Discussion and possible action to amend item 14.e that was approved on November 24, 2024 to correct a clerical error in which wrong fee schedule was uploaded, and any other matters incident thereto.
14e - Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Mental Health Consulting Services Agreement between Webb County and Pillar for the Webb Early Head Start Program. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which PILLAR will be providing these mental health consulting services to Webb County. This agreement shall be for a three year (3yr) scholastic calendar years commencing October 1, 2024 through September 31, 2027, in accordance with the service treatment fee rates on Exhibit "A", subject to annual budgetary appropriations and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
