Discussion and possible action to enter into a seven (7) monthly armored car service agreement with Rochester Armored Car Co., Inc., (February 25, 2025, through September 30th, 2025) for monetary bank deposits for Webb County Justice of the Peace Pct. 2, Pl. 1, at a monthly fee of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents ($325.39), and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue: Justice of Peace Pct. 2, Pl. 1 office has the services needed for armored car services for monetary bank deposits.

Solution: By getting approval from the Commissioners' Court to enter into a 7-month agreement with Rochester Armored Car Co. this fiscal year, we can reduce the risk for our office employees currently making daily deposits with personal vehicles.  

Result: Having an armored car service for our collections department will eliminate risk factors that are currently potentially risky to our employees and Webb County.
