Discussion and possible action to ratify issuance of a corrected letter of concurrence to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Dept. of Commerce in support of establishing a usage driven FTZ designation (Minor Boundary Modification), City of Laredo Foreign Trade Zone (F.T.Z.) No. 94 for Proactive Supply Chain Group USA, Inc., located at 4410 Pan American Blvd., Laredo, Webb County, Texas, 78045, within Webb County’s Taxing Jurisdiction, and further rescinding the approval and issuance of letter of concurrence on October 28, 2024 for Proactive Group of Companies MX Inc.(business entity the letter was erroneously issued for) and any matters incident thereto. City of Laredo FTZ notified County that the previous letter of concurrence was requested and issued to the wrong business entity and has now requested a corrected letter to the correct business entity be issued.
