Discussion and possible action to accept Constable Pct. 1 Guadalupe Gomez Texas Peace Officer License to be in compliance with the Local Government Code Section 86.0021 (2)(b).
Issue:On or before the 270th day after the date a Constable takes office, the Constable shall provide to the Commissioner's Court of the county in which the Constable serves, evidence that the Constable has been issued a permanent peace office license under Chapter 1701, Occupations Code.
Solution: Record Pct. 1 Constable Guadalupe Gomez Texas Peace Officer License.
