Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of an Election Systems & Software hardware Maintenance and software license and Support Services Agreement between Webb County and ES&S (Election Systems & Software LLC) in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars and Forty Three cents ($124,360.43), for the Hardware maintenance and software license support. The payment is for the January 2, 2025 through October 31, 2025 fiscal year support coverage period, and to approve by order a discretionary exemption in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (Discretionary Exemptions)(a.)(7) an item that can be obtained from only one source and to further authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
