Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $7,777.50 to SIMA Contractors, LLC., for the completion of the Hwy 359 Mailbox Relocation Project; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Due to safety concerns and hazardous conditions along SH 359, resident's mailboxes had to be relocated.
Solution: Mailbox relocation only included Welch Road, Emiliano Road and Wawi Tijerina Parway.
Result: Approval and release of retainage and close out project.
