Issue: Webb County is in the process of purchasing a stockpile of select fill for the new parking lot project.
Solution: As per Commissioners Court request, the County will purchase select fill material (caliche). Material will have to be tested before use.
Result: Cost effective to purchase in bulk and stockpile materials from vendor.
