Discussion and possible action to approve and adopt the "Sub-recipient Monitoring Policy and Procedures" for Grant #15PBJA-24-GG-05118-JAGX (FY 2024 JAG) for said Federal Awards, for monitoring of Webb County and the Webb County Sheriff's as the sub-recipient of said federal funds as part of grant and said policy will provide the necessary guidance and forms for monitoring; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This is an administrative adoption of two policies which will have no financial impact on the budget. [Requested by Sheriff Martin Cuellar; JAG Grant Funds]
