Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 2 for an increase of 9 days to the contract with AOC Calton, Ltd. d/b/a Summit Building & Design for the Southern Health Facility, due to rainy days, and further authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This amendment will have no impact on the general fund. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.
