Discussion with possible action to allocate and transfer $135,000 from the interest income within the ARPA Fund - 2703 to the Webb County Southern Health Facility in order to purchase I.T. related equipment necessary for the remaining building; pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Sections 271.101, 271.102, Sub-Chapter F. cooperative Purchasing Programs and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Additional servers and related equipment is needed in order to house third-party healthcare providers that will also occupy the building.

Solution: Allocate and transfer interest income from within the ARPA Fund -  2703 to purchase equipment needed.

Result: Southern Health Facility will be properly equipped to accommodate third-party healthcare providers.
