Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to issue a letter of concurrence to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Dept. of Commerce in support of establishing a usage driven FTZ designation (Minor Boundary Modification), City of Laredo Foreign Trade Zone (F.T.Z.) No. 94 for Uni - Trade Brokers L.C., located at 101 North America Industrial Park, Laredo, Texas 78045, and being 43,489.71 sq. ft of Foreign Trade Zone space (30,077.25 sq. ft. inside the warehouse + 13,412.46 sq. ft. in the patio), within Webb County’s Taxing Jurisdiction.  within Webb County’s Taxing Jurisdiction, and any matters incident thereto. [Requested by Kuehne + Nagel Inc./City of Laredo]

A letter of concurrence from each taxing entity in which the property is located is required by the Foreign-Trade Zones Board as part of the application before a usage driven FTZ designation can be granted.
