Discussion and possible action to ratify an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA) 70CDCR24DIG000001/P00007 in which ICE has adjusted the funds paid to CoreCivic (the owner of the Webb County Detention Center, in Laredo, TX) by increasing Tier 1 Bed Day Rate, modifying the detention officer's wages to meet federal requirements, and paying CoreCivic backpay in the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents (2,337.50); and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
