Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2025-009 "Webb County Fleet Management Consultant" to the highest ranking respondent and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (General Fund-General Operating Exp-Administration-professional services)]

Issue: The Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit formal proposals from qualified firms for consulting services for the development and establishment of a Fleet Management Department to include, but not limited to, operational planning, staffing recommendations, budget analysis, policy development, and related implementation strategies.

Solution: Consideration to award to the highest ranking respondent as recommended by the Evaluation committee and Purchasing Agent. 

Result: If approved, General Counsel will initiate negotiations with the selected firm to establish a proposed professional service agreement for the awarded services for consideration of final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
