Discussion and possible action to settle a collision claim with the third party’s insurance carrier, Apollo Managing General Agency (Apollo Claim #2025-04398), for a motor vehicle accident involving a Webb County vehicle; said accident occurred on March 17, 2025, at 8400 Las Cruces Rd. This settlement is proposed to Webb County, as the third party was responsible for rear-ending our county vehicle. Apollo Insurance is reimbursing us for the $4,822.00 in fees the County incurred for the vehicle repairs.
