Discussion and possible action to authorize the rental of One (1) Toshiba e-STUDIO9029A Printer from Toshiba Business Solutions to the Tax Assessors' Office for the monthly amount of $501.15. The lease term of 2 year will begin on the day of installment, with the option to purchase the copier for $1 at the end of the lease term. Issue: The current printer must be upgraded in order to keep up with the Tax Assessors Office's workload.

Solution: With the approval of the Commissioners Court, we would be able to proceed with the rental of one multi-function printer for the Tax Assessors' Office.

Result: The Tax Assessors' Office will be able to continue day-to-day functions without disruption.
