Discussion and possible action to levy a Tax Rate of $0.382500 per $100 Taxable value by Order, under the provisions of Article VIII, Section 9(a) and 9(b) of the Texas Constitution and Section 26.05 of the Texas Property Code for Tax Year 2025. The rate includes $0.341108 per $100 value for General Fund Maintenance and Operation; $0.024775 per $100 value for General Fund – Debt Service Bonds; $0.016322 for Road and Bridge Fund M&O; $0.000295 for Road & Bridge – Debt Service Bonds.
