Issue: The Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure annual contract pricing for the listed products/goods & services.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the annual contracts listed for required purchases of goods/services during the fiscal year-end 2026.
Result: Annual contract pricing is fixed and vendors will provide the products/goods or services when needed by county departments, contingent upon budget availability.
