Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of law enforcement uniforms from Galls. (Buy-Board Contract No. 773-25) for an amount not to exceed $128,108.27 for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Section 271.101 & 271.102 (Sub-Chapter F. Issue: The Webb County Sheriff’s Office needs to replace uniform items/ uniforms for collective bargaining members.
Solution: Approve the use of the recommended vendor who also holds a cooperative contract Buy-Board No. 773-25
