Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-007 Temporary Staffing for the Election's Office to the highest-ranking respondent on an as-needed basis for a three (3) year performance period in accordance with Texas Government Code – Professional Services Procurement Act and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto.[Account #2010-1110-001-451201 (Elections Service Contracts - Elections Expense)]

Issue: Webb County will require these professional services for county wide elections administered by the Elections Office. These professional services will be on an as-needed basis depending on election schedules.

Solution: Consideration to award to the highest-ranking respondent based on the recommendation made by the evaluation committee and the purchasing agent.

Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare a service agreement, effective 10/01/2025, for Temporary Staffing for the Elections Office subject to final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court.

On June 23, 2025, item no. 16e., the Commissioners' Court authorized the purchasing agent to solicit Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for Temporary Staffing Agency Services for Webb County Elections for a contracted period of three (3) years, effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028.
