Discussion and possible action to approve a one (1) year renewal contract with AirMedCare (AirEvac), a current ancillary benefit provider for air ambulance services. All ancillary products are 100% paid by the employees. The renewal premium for AirMedCare ancillary benefit will be offered at a monthly cost of Seven Dollars ($7.00) per month for the performance period of Jan 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The current contract with AirMedCare for air ambulance services has a monthly premium of $5.00; The monthly rate will increase to $7.00 for 2026. We are requesting a (1) year extension with the $7.00 monthly premium increase.
Solution: Request approval from the Commissioners Court for a one (1) year extension of the AirMedCare contract to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
