Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to policy and ratify, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within the General Fund for fiscal year 2026.
Issue: Additional funds are needed in the specified accounts to cover essential maintenance/repairs needed for Webb County Veterans Service Office vehicle 64-02.
Solution: Approve line-item transfers to allocate funds to the necessary accounts.
Result: The approved line-item transfers will ensure sufficient funds for Repairs & Maintenance Vehicles line-Item which will ensure urgent repairs needed for vehicle 64-02.
