Discussion and possible action to approve a professional services agreement (September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026) between Webb County Adult Drug Court Program and Cordant Forensic Solutions for drug testing services at costs that are outlined and defined per service as set forth in the agreement funded by Office of the Governor Grant No. 4448104 for 12 months of service; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Drug testing services for the Adult Drug Court requires authorization by the Commissioners Court.
Solution: Approval of the Contractual Services will allow the program to drug test participants as required by SAMHSA Funding Agency.
Result: The Adult Drug Court Program will be able to continue to provide services and operate fully as a treatment program.
