Discussion with possible action authorizing the county Road & Bridge department to permanently assign the necessary staff that will be dedicated to the Hwy 83 North Los Botines road and bridge compound, including machinery, equipment and any materials and supplies necessary in order to efficiently provide services in North Webb County; and any other matters incident thereto.
 
Issue: The Road & Bridge department has been relocated to the new county building on Fesco Blvd. located in South East Webb County.  There is a need to have dedicated road and bridge staff and manpower permanently assigned to the North Los Botines location in an effort to efficiently provide county services in North Webb County without the delay of travel.   
 
Solution: Permanently assign dedicated staff with the necessary machinery, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide services as a new satellite office.
 
Result: Assigned staff at Los Botines will report directly to North location and commence work without the delay of extensive travel, therefore saving time to provide more services.
