Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to add fifteen (15) new cell phone lines, including data service in accordance with the current approved AT&T FirstNet Plan to the Webb County Constable Pct. 4 department pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 272.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program DIR Agreement TELE-CTSA-002 at a monthly rate of $40.99, plus surcharges and other fees; and a one time fee for (15) chargers at $22.39 each, for a total cost of $335.85; and subject to annual budgetary appropriation; and authorize the County Judge sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Cellular is needed for Constable Precinct 4 to ensure daily communication with staff, other law enforcement agencies, and others as needed after hours and on weekends in order to respond to any emergency.

Solution: Constable Precinct 4 will be able to respond to any calls on a daily basis.
