Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of office furniture for the Constable Pct. 2 Office to include delivery, assembly and setup in an amount not to exceed $44,838.19 from G&S Office Designs (OMNIA Contract No. R240108 & TIPS Contract No. 2303011) pursuant to Section 271.101 and 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program; and to further authorize the transfer of funds from the general operating reserve Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 to Constable Pct. 2 material and supplies Account #1001-3180-001-461000; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-3180-001-461000 (General Fund-Constable Pct 2 - Administration-Materials & Supplies)]
 
Issue: Current furniture is worn out and needs replacement. Some furniture has water damage from a previous water leak.
 
Solution: Consideration to approve the cooperative pricing proposal from G&S Office Designs for delivery, assembly and setup of office furniture for Constable Pct.  2. Vendor has met the competitive bidding requirements of the State of Texas.
 
Result: If approved, the order for the requested furniture will be placed after the budget amendment is completed.
