Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment #4 to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Project Management Services Agreement with Brighton Group, LLC. by adding the "Amended Exhibit A" that identifies Webb County's Final ARPA Projects list with all associated Final Project Budgets that were obligated by Commissioners Court action and in compliance with the US Treasury SLFRF Program Guidelines; and authorizing the County Judge to sign relevant documents. [Fees are to be paid as authorized by ARPA for Administration Services through available funding within the ARPA Program]
