Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for an annual contract for car wash services effective October 1, 2026, and terminating September 30, 2027; pursuant to the County Purchasing Act and any other matters incident thereto. [Multiple Vehicle Maintenance Accounts - FY 2026 / 2027 Budgets]
Issue: Car wash services are requested by County departments throughout the fiscal year to maintain county units clean.
Solution: Recommending an annual contract to secure fixed pricing from interested vendors to provide car wash services in locations throughout the County.
Result: If approved, the solicitation for car wash services will be officially advertised to invite interested vendors to participate in this public bid for the requested services for Webb County departments.
