Discussion and possible action to approve a 48 month lease agreement with a maintenance agreement with Toshiba, which includes equipment, parts, labor, travel and supplies. The agreement will begin September 1, 2026. The monthly service fee is $148.12 per month, totaling $7,109.76 for the entire 48 month lease agreement. Issue: The current copier we are using is not under a service agreement. We have spent over $2,300.00 on Toners and Drum set kits during this budget year.
Solution: Approving the agreement will benefit the county.
Result: Approving the agreement will have a cost savings for our department's budget.
