Discussion and possible action to accept Check #24726 in the amount of $300.00 donated by Crane Engineering Corp. to the Bruni Community Center for the purchase of school supplies, Backpacks, and Christmas Toys to be distributed to economically disadvantaged children in the Bruni Community Center area which said purchase and distribution is found to be a public purpose and authorizing the creation and maintenance of a list of the eligible recipients of the school supplies, backpacks and Christmas toys and to further authorize the deposit of funds into Materials & Supplies #1001-6240-001-461000; and any other matters incident thereto.

Crane Engineering Corp. requested funds to be used to assist economically disadvantage individuals in the Bruni Community Center area to purchase said items for the Back to School event and Christmas event sponsored by the Bruni Community Center.
