Discussion and possible action to ratify the purchase of a televised commercial advertisement from FOX Laredo for the FOX National Football League (NFL) Sunday Football Television advertising in Laredo by the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, for the “Make the Right Call” campaign. The campaign discourages drinking and driving in Webb County. The FOX advertisement package commercial ads commence in September 2026 and follow the entire season through the end of January 2027, at a total cost of Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($35,800.00) for Two Hundred Fifty One (251) ads. The Webb County District Attorney’s Office will be featured in the advertisement and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters thereto.
