Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to sign a “Concurrence on a De Minimis Impact Finding under Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966” for 9.23 acres of new ROW to be taken from Casa Blanca Golf Course for the expansion of US 59 Loop from four 12-ft. wide main lanes to six 12-ft. wide main lanes divided by a concrete traffic barrier and the construction of a new overpass at the US 59 / E. Corridor Rd. intersection and concurring with TxDOT’s de minimis impact determination under 23 CFR 774.3(b) and any matter incident thereto. [No effect on the County budget]

Required by TxDOT to release the property from use restrictions and use for roadway expansion.
