Discussion and possible action to ratify and approve an amendment to the existing IBM 24x7 Hardware and System Software Maintenance Agreement with Texas Logic Inc., as provided through Hamer Enterprises, for the Webb County Tax Office's IBM Power9 server, which replaces the previously approved three-year extension term from July 12, 2026, through July 11, 2029, in an amount not to exceed TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FOUR CENTS ($26,932.04), to a one-year agreement for the period of July 12, 2026, through July 11, 2027, in an amount not to exceed NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($9,798.78), including Hardware Support Extension, PowerVM Enterprise Software Support, and Full Support Extension, and to provide continued manufacturer maintenance, technical support, software updates, and operational continuity for the mission-critical to Tax Office applications and services; authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
