Discussion and possible action to enter into a six (6) month (September 9, 2026 through March 10, 2027) contract extension with NEUMO F/K/A GovOS to extend its current Public Records Management “Master Software License and Services” Agreement in an amount not to exceed Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($39,847.50) authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: At its meeting of November 24, 2025, the Commissioners Court approved a Public Records Management Software License and Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies for the Webb County Clerk’s Office; however, Tyler Technologies will not be able to be completely online with its services until March of 2027.

Solution: Enter into a six month Agreement with NEUMO f/k/a GovOs in order to extend it current Public Records Management Software Agreement with NEUMO, which is set to expire September 9, 2025.

Result: The Contract Extension will allow the Webb County Clerk to continue to use its public records management software system in order to continue to efficiently manage its public records system.
